Our cancellation policy applies to individual bookings, other conditions may apply to group bookings.

Holiday cancellation insurance
As a special service we are offering guests the Hotelstorno Plus travel cancellation insurance policy, including helicopter rescue in the ski area and accident benefits. Detailed information is available from the hotel reception.
INFO: This insurance cover may be arranged when booking, or afterwards up to 14 days before the planned arrival date.

Deposits
A deposit amounting to 30% of the total sum due is payable on booking.

This can be paid directly to us by bank transfer to the following account:

You are also welcome to make the deposit online. Please let us know and we will send you a link. After receipt of payment you will receive a reconfirmation of your deposit from us.

Arrivals and departures
Check-in: Rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: Please vacate your room by 11.00 on the day of departure.

Please note that the road between Lech and Warth is ALWAYS closed in winter, even when your SatNav tries to tell you otherwise!

Prices
Our prices are quoted in Euros per person and night, to include Walserberg enjoyment half board, but excluding local taxes.

For accommodation booked without dinner, adults receive a reduction of € 15.- per day and children of € 10.- per day on the room price.

Local taxes
The local tax is € 3.30 per person and night, and is charged separately (from 14 years).


In summer - day off
During the summer season we do not serve an evening menu on the day of rest.
You will receive a credit on your half-board price.
Explore the culinary offerings in Warth am Arlberg or in the surrounding villages on this evening. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in your favorite restaurant.

There is also no room cleaning on this day.
You are welcome to let us know at breakfast if you need fresh towels.

Methods of payment
Payment may be made in cash, by Visa or Mastercard or by EC-card.
The hotel bill can be paid at reception on the evening before departure up to 21.00, or on the departure day from 08.00.

Dogs welcome
Many people want to spend their holidays with as many family members as possible.
Of course, the dog is one of them. In our hotel you can take your beloved four-legged friend with you on request and spend relaxing outdoor days together.
We charge € 28,- per night without food for your dog.

In the Á la carte restaurant & pizzeria there is enough space so that your dog can also join you for dinner if you wish. Dogs are not allowed in our dining rooms (for breakfast and dinner). We have also set up so-called "dog rooms" in various room categories, equipped with a dog blanket and dog bowl.
You can get dog bags at the reception if you need them.

Outdoor parking spaces and underground garage
Parking spaces are available for guests in front of the hotel as well as in our underground garage.
For spaces in the underground garage a charge of € 8.- per night or € 45.- per week is payable.
Use in summer is free of charge.
We have a socket in our garage for charging electric cars.
